free blog makeover {a giveaway}

Well, I hadn't initially planned to update Clover & Violet so soon...but while I was surfing the web I found a great tutorial here...and I had to try it! But I needed a compatible header first, and the next thing I knew, I spent most of Saturday designing new graphics.  But, I think it was worth it, and I love the new look!

Now, for the fun giveaway...how would you like a blog makeover?  Yep!  I'm going to give away a free makeover, just leave a comment to tell me why your blog needs a new look.  And, for an extra entry, let me know that you're a follower {please leave a second comment for a second entry}.  Giveaway closes Thursday, February 2nd, and the winner will be announced shortly after that!

  1. Well I don't know if you would call it a makeover or a beginning. I started blogging just a month ago it is a dedication to my Son. The first couple of times I posted I didn't even have a banner. I have since created a banner of sorts, but I am not happy with it. I would like the picture of my Son to be more centered with the title of my blog at the top. As well I would like to feature some of his art along with my quilts. Thank you so much for a chance to win. Maybe being number one will be lucky.

  2. My blog needs a new look because it has been the same for so long (except for new photos in the header) that it has gotten boring. I'd love to use the whole page width.

  7. I'd LOVE a blog makeover--though I have no idea what I'd want to make it into! A makeover is most likely the only way it will change--unless I mess something up by accident! :)

  8. Well, you could be the judge as to why I need a makeover. I posted my very first blog post yesterday, LOL. I'm "A Little Quilting" and don't have a clue what I'm doing, but thought I'd give it a try. Thanks for the chance to win.

  14. I just need a blog design! I would like to learn more about blogging this year and bought a new nice camera to start taking better pictures, so now I just need a spiffy blog design. Er...and a little study on how to work my way around in Blogland!

  16. I need a new blog design because I have this idea in my head of what my blog would look like. It's growing everyday and has evolved into this wonderful thing that I absolutely love. And while I've tried my best, my layout is not what I would like for it to be. I need a blog makeover because I need someone who can take what's in my head, and put it down in HTML and create this lovely blog that is exactly me. :)

  18. My blog needs a makeover because I am just reopening my Etsy shop and trying to get more serious about both my Blogging and my shop. I think a fresh new look would help attract new followers and customers but I'm not sure where to start.

  19. I'd love a makeover to my sewing blog: http://littlepeanutshop.blogspot.com. My focus has changed a bit since I first started writing it and I no longer run the Etsy shop of the same name. I'd love to see something that incorporates the "peanut" part of the blog name. Thanks for the chance to win!

  28. My blog needs a new look because it has recently survived the trauma of being disabled and deleted and restored (except I still can't post via email). I like my widgets, but I'd like to make it more visually appealing, with a wider center column for posts.

  29. My blog is less than a month old. It could use a makeover because I don't really know what I am doing yet! I look at other blogs and marvel at how personal they are. Mine is generic right now, and I don't know how to fix it.

  30. I'm in need of a makeover b/c I just switch b/w the available blogger templates. I keep telling myself I could figure it out eventually, but my list of 25 unfinished quilt projects takes priority on my spare time.

  31. My blog needs an update because it has been on the same blogger template background since it started and it doesn't reflect that my blog is a blog about quilting very well. I would love love love for it to show off some of my finished projects and to show off my personality a little bit more!
